Rates

At Inn Rosa de Minas the daily rate varies according to:
1. Time of the year (season);
2. House size and number of beds;
3. Number of people;
4. Length of stay.

Low season: R $ 90.00 per person                 High Season: R $ 110.00 per person
Minimum of two nights.

Maximum Accommodations per House:

  • Araucária Cottage up to 08 people;
  • Canjerana Cottage up to 05 people;
  • Cedro Cottage for up to 04 people;
  • Cerejeira Cottage up to 02 people;
  • Guatambu Cottage up to 10 people.

After receiving bank details, the customer has 24 hours to make a deposit of 50% of the amount of their pre-booking. To make your reservation effective, after the deposit, send the receipt (by email or whatsApp) that we will return with a confirmation voucher. After 24 hours and the payment receipt is not sent, the pre-booking will be automatically canceled.
Failure by the customer to arrive at the agreed time of arrival, without proper communication (11-99809-8126) will result in the cancellation of the reservation and the release of the chalet after 12 hours of the agreed time, without the right to return or future rescheduling of the advanced amounts;

Important informations:

• We have Wi-fi;

• At the end of the year parties the use of fireworks is not allowed at the inn. In exceptional cases, we will study case by case, we will be able to accept fires without sound, only light, as it disturbs the animals that reside there.

• The only cell phone operator with a tower in the city is VIVO. Other operators have no signal or have coverage with low signal strength.

• All roads leading to the inns are clay.

Cancellation policies

The cancellation of the reservation by the client may occur before the deadline of seven days from the date of entry and will imply the return of the advance made or the rescheduling of the reservation to another date, according to the client’s wishes. The cancellation of the reservation will not be accepted if it is made within the period of seven days from the date of entry and will not imply the return of the advance made, but can be rescheduled within a maximum period of four months, counted from the date of the communication;

The partial use of the reserved period will not be granted a discount, either in return of the anticipated amount, or in rescheduling.

If due to an unfortunate check-in, there is no time until 6 pm, as we do not have a reception.
