In its 131,23 yd, located in the Serra da Mantiqueira, it is in an area of environmental preservation (APA Fernão Dias) that attracts a large flow of tourists annually, as it is only 35,42 mi from Campos do Jordão, a municipality it shares with São Bento do Sapucaí, the view from Pedra do Baú, a famous tourist attraction.
Since 2014, the owners of Farm Rosa de Minas, to cover the costs that a summer resort presents, rent the 05 houses present in the space. This idea emerged as a simple way to reduce costs, but they noticed a great demand and, since then, have transformed it into an economically profitable and sustainable business model, bringing to the guests the real value that the owners see in it, namely:

Pet Friendly

Convenience when taking your pet.

• Our accommodations contain only small animals and a maximum of two animals per chalet.

• We charge a one-time fee of R$ 50.00, per animal, for cleaning and sanitizing the place.

• In common areas, where other guests also travel with your pet, you must circulate with a guide suitable for your size.

• So that there are no inconveniences and the stay of other guests is as good as yours, take care that your pet does not enter the neighboring chalets.

• We warn that it is the guest’s sole responsibility: to bring all items that are for use by the animal (toilet mat, food and water pot, food, walks, etc.).

• It is the guest’s obligation to clean the animal’s feces and urine.

• We remind you that everything on the site is done and taken care of with the utmost care, so we ask you and your friend the same affection and care that we offer. Thus, any damage caused by the animal is the sole responsibility of its owner, who must compensate for any losses.

• Your pet is your responsibility, it is not allowed to leave it alone, especially inside the cottage.
